In response to sustained client demand, they are now keen to hear from UK/Australian/New Zealand qualified corporate associates with 5/6 PQE (on a UK scale) who are either on the ground in Singapore or open to relocation. Possessing a superb academic pedigree and experience gained with a top flight corporate practice, you will have worked on a wide range of cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, investments, divestments, venture capital financings, restructurings, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, ideally for a diverse range of clients, with a particular focus on private equity houses and other financial sponsor clients and their portfolio companies. The work on offer spans the Asia Pacific region, including in Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Myanmar and India
