CORPORATE 2-6 PQE

Are you a technically strong corporate lawyer, with an entrepreneurial and commercial outlook who would like to combine your experience of corporate work with a keen interest or even passion for music or sports?

My client is a boutique law firm looking to recruit a corporate lawyer with at least two to three years post qualification experience in corporate work, ideally private company M&A work.  Ideally you will have trained at a top City, London or regional law firm, confident in your abilities to run smaller transactions, who very much enjoys and is comfortable working with clients.      

This is a superb role, working under the supervision of three very experienced partners and with the resources of a number of trainees at your disposal.   The firm see real opportunity for the right individual to thrive and prosper, with access to a truly varied and interesting client base spanning music through to sports.
