We have instructions on a new role with a well-known property team at a highly-rated London law firm.
Our client is seeking to grow its team with the appointment of an experienced commercial property lawyer with good Development experience. You will be advising an established client base on a wide range of freehold and leasehold real estate matters, which will include conditional sale contracts and options, site assembly, as well as general development, financing and leasing agreements.
We are keen to hear from high-calibre commercial property lawyers seeking a new long-term home. Excellent career prospects are available.
You will have a stable career background and current experience at a City, West End or leading national law firm.
