A highly regarded regional law firm are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor for their City Centre Birmingham office. This firm has an established and successful Property Litigation department that deals with Residential and Commercial Property disputes.
The firm boasts an excellent work load that includes a broad range of complex disputes, including Lease Extensions, Lease renewals, possession proceedings and recovery of rent arrears . An ideal candidate will have a specialist property litigation background from a well known national or regional law firm.
This role is ideally suited to candidates with at least 4 years post qualification experience, specifically within Property Litigation. You will be required to manage your own caseload, so you will be comfortable developing client relationships.
