The role

The firm is looking to bring in a Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to work within a regarded practice. There is a bustling caseload to walk into and which is beyond the traditional transactional remit.

This role is based in this firms Tunbridge Wells, Kent office.

The Commercial Property department deals with an exceptional quality of work acting for a broad client base. You will work as part of a highly experienced team; the caseload will be varied making for a more interesting role. Work will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Landlord and tenant, Commercial leases and some Development work.

The most exciting part of this role is that the Partner is widely renown as an exceptional business developer and the incoming senior associate will be trained in both attracting and retaining stand out clients.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years' experience.
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
• You should work well within a team
• You will deal with an excellent quality of work
• Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional bonus structure and benefits package
