The new incumbent will advise on the tax aspects of M&A transactions (generally and in particular in a private equity context) and on related transactions and structures.
The role will also involve advising on financing transactions, real estate transactions, restructurings and management equity incentives together with tax advisory work on IPOs and other fundraisings and capital market transactions.
The team remains very busy with exciting, 'big ticket' transactions in the pipeline. The culture of the team is intellectual - they handle cutting edge, complex work. The firm invests a great deal of time and effort ensuring that their lawyers are well trained and well supported.
