Planning Solicitor

A top 100 London based Law firm are actively looking to recruit a Planning Solicitor (1-3 yearsPQE) to join their Real Estate group. This role will sit at the firms South West London office and the Planning Solicitor will join a busy team working closely with a broad range of clients.

The Planning and Real Estate group have broad range of clients that includes land owners, property developers, energy companies, charities and retailers. The work will be high quality and diverse, responsibilities may include:

• s106 agreements,
• compulsory purchase advice (compensation advice and settlement agreements),
• strategic advice on planning applications,
• planning appeals,
• promotion agreements,
• CIL advice,
• highways agreements,
• CLEUD and CLOPUD applications,
• Advice on permitted development prior approval applications,
• planning aspects of due diligence.

The firm are ideally looking to appoint an ambitious, determined, and personable Planning solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in Planning. This is a client facing role so it is essential that you are an excellent communicator who is able to develop and maintain active business relationships.
