Real Estate/Projects Paralegal - London

A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country, is looking for a Real Estate/Projects paralegal in their London office. The role is permanent and will involve assisting the Property team on various transactions in relation to commercial property, residential transactions and statutory agreements.

Specifically, the role will involve providing assistance to fee earners in relation to post-exchange requirements on the acquisition of sites, submitting registration applications to HMLR, completing SDLT returns, drafting and reporting on contracts and other documentation, and providing general paralegal and administrative assistance as and when required.

The successful applicant will have strong analytical skills, an excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage their own caseload, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Candidates must possess excellent academics, including a good law degree (min:2:1 or equivalent), successful or near completion of the LPC (or CILEX), and excellent IT and organisational skills.
