GENERAL COMMERCIAL LAWYER; 1-2 YEARS’ PQE

The brilliant legal team are looking for a Legal Counsel to join the UK, Spain and North America Commercial legal team.

The new Legal Counsel will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts and matters, including SAAS agreements and software licensing and development agreements, service level agreements, IT supply contracts, product launches, brand partnership and licence agreements in relation to games, ventures and sites, and other specific projects in relation to product, platform, procurement and games across the territories in which the group operates, as well as other more general services, supply and consultancy agreements where required.

They will also draft and negotiate advertising, marketing and sponsorship contracts with agencies, media owners, marketing affiliates and advertising platforms for B2C gaming brands. Working with marketing teams you will support marketing activity and expansion plans relating to the North American market, including advising on regulatory issues and liaising with gaming regulatory authorities.

You will be 1-2 years’ PQE and have prior experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.  As a person you will be approachable, solutions oriented with an ability to build relationships effectively at a distance.
