Corporate Partner – London, Boutique Firm £140,000+

Our Boutique London law firm client is looking for an additional corporate partner with a focus on SME and OMB clients.

The firm would like to speak to existing partners or ambitious senior associates with confidence in their own client base and who are looking to bring this to a well-balanced platform at a firm committed to growth. M&A deals and VC are important parts of the firms offering and it is gaining a reputation in transactions in the small-mid market -  up to a deal size of c.£50m. You should be familiar and comfortable with the demands of fast-moving clients and ideally be bringing some of your own network and client base to evidence your business development skills.

This is an upbeat, cohesive and commercial environment and a firm that has consistently grown profits over the 5 years to 2019/20. Last year was spent ensuring internal lawyers were well supported but with loyal clients instructing again and genuine confidence about the future, the firm is looking to the lateral hire market. This role is well suited to an ambitious client facing lawyer who wants to make a significant contribution in a more boutique environment.
