The Team:
The Employment team is a traditional UK set-up, with a ratio of approximately 4 associates to every 1 partner. There is plenty of support from multiple trainees and PSLs too. The team advises clients from a variety of sectors, including tech, fashion, energy and life sciences.

The Role:

In this Employment role, you will work across a broad range of matters, including tribunal litigation, employee relations issues, HR policies, senior executives, international project coordination, High Court proceedings and some corporate support.

Requirements:

To be successful in this Employment role, you will have an excellent academic background (a minimum 2.1 degree), 4-6 years of post-qualification experience, and Employment experience gained from a comparable private practice or in-house environment.
