A successful Midlands based business is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join the business for a period of 3 months. The role would suit someone between NQ - 2 years PQE with a background in commercial contracts.
Working in a large team of lawyers and reporting into the General Counsel, you will;
· Negotiate and draft a variety of commercial agreements
· Advise on a range of legal and compliance related projects, focussing on commercial contracts
· Support on undertaking contract precedent reviews
· Support a Paralegal with a variety of commercial contract related matters
The role would be perfect for a Lawyer with experience of commercial contracts who has recently qualified. You should be comfortable delivering practical, timely, and accurate legal advice to clients and stakeholders, and will be experienced in negotiating and drafting.
This is an interim contract and you will be able to work from home.
