A market leading law firm with a highly regarded Real Estate department are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (5yrs+ PQE) at Senior Associate level.
Joining this Legal 500 ranked real estate team, you'll handle top level work including broad commercial property, acquisitions and disposals and secured lending.
You must be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor likely at Associate or Senior Associate level in a similar Legal 500 ranked firm with a proven track record in real estate transactions. You'll be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and excellent technical skills. Exposure to secured lending is essential for the role.
