The firm's highly successful International Corporate Group, work on a full range of specialist corporate legal services including M&A (public and private), equity capital markets, private equity/venture capital and joint ventures, servicing clients in the technology and communications, IT, media, entertainment and sport, energy and utilities, life sciences and retail and consumer sectors.You will be a 1-3 PQE Corporate Associate, with a strong corporate grounding, gained in a leading practice.
