EMPLOYMENT (HONG KONG) (3 - 5 PQE)
Our client is a leading global firm with an established presence in Asia and a market-leading reputation in the Asia-Pacific region. The firm currently has a vacancy for a mid-level employment lawyer to join its thriving Hong Kong based employment team, headed by a partner who is well-recognised as a leader in the field. In this role you will enjoy working on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with a particular focus on multi-jurisdictional work as well as staffing issues arising from mergers and acquisitions, other reorganisations and out-sourcing matters across Asia. You will have 3 to 5 years of PQE, ideally acquired with an international firm, and strong employment law experience. Chinese language skills are required for this role.
