Job Details
Our client is a diverse financial services group with a number of different business lines. A vacancy has arisen for a mid-senior level lawyer to take on a very varied role spanning complex commercial agreements, technology, investments and regulatory work. As one of the more senior lawyers in the team you will assist the GC with strategic matters and take responsibility for managing a junior lawyer.
With at least 6 year’s pqe you will have a strong technical grounding from a well regarded law firm and be keen to take on a challenging role offering autonomy and responsibility yet within a supportive environment. Candidates from a commercial contracts, FS regulatory, technology or investment management background will be equally considered although most important is the personality fit. You will be confident and personable with strong communication skills and a business focused approach.
