This top UK and international law firm has two excellent new opportunities for ambitious Mid- and Senior-level Associates to join their thriving high-level Structured Finance practice in London. Their highly rated team assist clients in relation to securitisations, asset-based financings, capital markets financings, distressed portfolio acquisitions and loan work-outs (in both the UK and other jurisdictions) across the consumer, SME and corporate finance, corporate and residential real estate and infrastructure sectors. Applicants should ideally have a background in UK finance, securitisation and/or structured debt capital markets (e.g. project bonds, utility bonds) transactions (though generalist B&F/DCM experience would be considered for the more junior role). Applications are also encouraged from Australasian and South African lawyers with top-level experience in these areas.
