This large UK law firm have one of the leading national Real Estate practices and have two excellent new opportunities for ambitious Mid- and Senior-level Associates to join their busy and thriving team in Southampton.  Clients of the group range from major private equity funds and national property companies, to large annuity clients such as the Crown Estate, Aviva Investors and Great Portland Estates, with matters handled focusing particularly on mid-market capital transactions, complex real estate asset management mandates and high-level commercial due diligence.  As part of an integrated national full-service team, they work in close collaboration with colleagues nationally.  Within this high-performing team, you can expect to be involved in investment sales and purchases of a broad range of assets for a variety of clients, advise on the full range of asset management matters ranging from landlord and tenant work to large scale redevelopments, and assist with the RE aspects of major financing and corporate transactions.  The team are ideally seeking individuals with broad commercial real estate experience gained within a major law firm or boutique real estate practice.
