The Role

This award winning construction team are seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Associate to join their growing practice in their City of London office.

The team acts for a wide variety of high profile clients including developers, contractors and consultants who are active in a wide range of sectors including general development and residential projects and in the hotel and leisure sectors.

Highly ranked in both the legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, the team acts for borrowers and lenders on the construction aspects of REF transactions.

The team have a very large domestic based projects, however you will be given every opportunity to work on cross-border international matters.

You will be primarily undertaking JCT contract based as well as other standard forms of NEC and FIDIC construction matters.

Requirements

• You will be a construction solicitor between 2-3 years PQE
• You will be experienced in non-contentious construction matters (candidates from mixed backgrounds will be considered)
• Experience of acting for major national and international clients on complex projects
• You will have worked within a respectable construction practice in private practice or in-house.
