Opportunity for a talented mid-level associate to join one of the premier restructuring teams in the City. Often working on large restructurings and formal insolvencies with counterparts in other jurisdictions on complex cross-border matters. The work is both challenging and high profile.

The team works with a variety of clients such as banks, funds, large corporates, private equity sponsors and insolvency practitioners. The team enjoys a mixed practice, giving their lawyers the opportunity to work on both debtor side and creditor side restructuring roles in addition to advising on formal insolvency proceedings.


To be considered for this role you should have gained relevant experience either in the City or at a large regional firm. A great opportunity to really drive your career forward taking it to the 'top table' and be remunerated very well for your efforts.
