Job Details
Our client, a leading legal service provider is looking for Banking/Lending paralegals to assist on a project amending loan documentation regarding the upcoming cessation of LIBOR. This project is expected to last approximately 6 months.
Successful candidates are likely to have extensive and relevant experience, and the role will involve lending and security templates (to include the development of new lending products); supporting business transformation and providing some transactional lending support.
Experience of lending to mid-size corporate and business customers, and of bank standard template lending would be of notable interest.
A competitive day rate is on offer, but it is essential that applicants are able to work under an umbrella company.
