The Role:

The firm is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Corporate Lawyer to join its respected Corporate team. The Corporate team has an outstanding reputation throughout the UK and competes for work with top tier international law firms.

You will handle a broad range of non-contentious corporate work, including M&A, private equity, business sales, reorganisations, and ECP. The variety and complexity of work make for an engaging and challenging caseload.

The Corporate team is looking to strengthen at both junior and senior level; whichever level you join at, you will be supported to develop your ability and progress your career. You will have a voice in strategic decisions that are made and influence in the direction and growth of the team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Lawyer to join a respected Corporate team in Liverpool. You will undertake genuinely interesting and exciting work, receive a highly competitive remuneration package, and have a clear progression path to Partnership.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE
  • Have gained experience across M&A, private equity, business sales, reorganisations etc.
  • Ideally, you will be coming from a reputable national or international law firm, but applications will be considered from individuals who have gained exposure to high-quality Corporate work from any background
  • The ability to manage a caseload of high calibre work and clients
  • You will be commercially minded and have a flair for business development
