This prestigious New York-headquartered firm in London is on a recruitment drive into its nascent Private Equity team. 

The well-established Corporate department in London is split into various sub-groups and has invested significantly into its Private Equity team at partner and associate level recently.

The team has a growing reputation for advising on premium value private equity buyouts in the European market, to go with its established reputation in the US, Asia and emerging markets.

The partners have the budget to add another associate to the team, and are interested in hearing from talented junior and mid-level private equity deal lawyers at other leading UK or US firms in London with the drive and ambition to work at the highest level in the City.

Applications are welcome from associates with between 1 and 5 years of PQE, who should have trained and qualified at their current firm and will be looking to make their first move.

The firm is also able to offer full New York rates, the highest salary available in the City market.
