This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Solicitor to join a thriving Cumbria based firm with strong regional roots in their Kendal office.
Our client is a Property firm who are long established in the Lakes, who work with a range of clients across the North including a full range of individuals and businesses regionally.
In this role, you can expect work on both Residential and Commercial Conveyancing files including sales, purchase, lease renewals, remortgages and more.
Due to the nature of this role, the firm are happy to consider a Property Solicitor at any level and provide supervision when needed. They key requirement for this role is the ability to run a caseload of Property files with minimum supervision.
