The Role
Trade Mark Attorney to join Chambers & Legal 500 ranked Top 50 Commercial Law firm in Bristol
Working alongside Next-Gen and Recommended Partners within the Tech & IP team, you will advise well-known brands in the retail, leisure and financial services sectors in providing full brand protection services.
Among a team of 30, you will be amongst experts in IP, IT and Data Protection. The team focuses on supporting clients in developing a brand strategy, filing applications, monitoring third parties, enforcement, and licensing.
Your role will see you support multinational clients with global considerations to start ups that are keen to establish and manage their brand, offering your expertise in all aspects of trade mark and design portfolio managements; disputes before EU and UKIPO and working with foreign agents. You will be familiar with prosecutions, management and registry proceeding both domestic and international
