The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor in Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich

You will work alongside the experienced team on a range of Commercial Property matters - the team are in fact so busy they are almost having to turn away work. The firm are planning significant expansion, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive, ambition and experience to assist in leading the team, working alongside the Partner.

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters including:

  • Acquisition and disposal of commercial property
  • Landlord and tenant
  • Investments
  • Land development
  • and Commercial Leases.

This role with play a significant role in developing the team further so there is progression to Partnership on offer also.

Requirements

  • You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 2 PQE +
  • (There is no upper limit in PQE)
  • This position is also open to Legal Executives
  • You will have an excellent technical knowledge for a range of matters
