A superb opportunity for a mid-level US qualified associate to join the Shanghai office of this well-known US firm.
The firm seeks an International Associate (ideally US qualified with JD or an LLM) with at least three years of experience in in FCPA, internal investigations, white collar crime, and anti-corruption regulations. Candidates should be native Mandarin speakers and posses excellent English drafting skills. Ideally candidates will have experience from another well-known international firm, but candidates coming from top PRC firms or government agencies are also welcome to apply.
