Job Details
This prestigious US law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its leading capital markets practice based in London. The role will cover a wide range of equity and debt US capital markets transactions.
Our client is particularly interested in self-starters and ambitious lawyers who are keen to take the next step in their career by joining a market-leading practice.
The ideal candidate will be NY qualified and have 3 to 5 years of first-rate capital markets experience working on NY-law governed transactions. Strong academics and a stable career record are required.
