The firm are seeking to hire an ambitious Employment Solicitor in Cambridge
You will be working within one of the regions strongest Employment Teams and will play a pivotal role working on a varied caseload meanwhile supporting the Partners to drive the department forwards and ensure future success.
They are looking for a commercially focused Solicitor with future team leader capability to support the Partners on a range of Contentious and Non-Contentious matters including
- Complex TUPE
- Employment contracts
- Grievances, discipline, bullying and settlement agreement
You will be encouraged to develop this relationship further gaining referrals for other practice areas meanwhile identifying opportunities for winning new business.
- You will be an Employment Solicitor with 2 PQE +
- (There is no upper limit in PQE)
- You should have first-class communication and business development skills
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE
