A top tier Legal 500 firm in Surrey, are recruiting for an experienced corporate solicitor due to expansion.
You will have at least 4 years PQE with experience in corporate in private practice. You will have excellent drafting and negotiating skills and will be able to manage your own transactions and case load.
Work includes M&A, corporate finance transactions, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and partnership agreements. A small element of the role will be contract drafting and negotiating, licensing and support services agreements, distribution and general commercial law advice.
