Construction (Back-End) Associate – Shanghai, China

Our clients dedicated infrastructure and construction team comprises non-contentious and contentious construction specialists, who are based in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong and form part of their global practice, recognised as one of worlds strongest.  

In response to sustained practice growth, additional contentious construction lawyers with at least 4yrs PQE are sought for their busy Shanghai office. Applicants should be qualified in the PRC/Hong Kong or alternatively common law jurisdictions such as England & Wales/Singapore/Australia/New Zealand and be fluent in English. Mandarin language skills a distinct advantage as would be experience of working with PRC clients.

On joining the team, you will be immediately engaged on multiple big-ticket construction & infrastructure disputes, further developing your skills & experience under the guidance of many of the markets leading construction lawyers, taking responsibility and working autonomously when required.
