EMPLOYMENT LAWYER - 2-4 PQE

This premier US and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their busy and thriving Employment practice in London. Their team's work is broad-ranging, with a principal focus on supporting large-scale and often cross-border M&A transactions (public, private, joint ventures, reorganizations etc.), as well as providing high-level standalone employment advice and advising on and creating PE-style management equity plans. Other types of incentive arrangements, regulatory remuneration and pensions can also feature occasionally. The firm are particularly seeking someone who has a broad range of experience in a variety of transaction types, combined with a flexible mindset and a willingness to expand their practice beyond the typical limits of employment work at a UK firm. You'll also need to be a confident drafter (ideally with experience in PE-style management equity plans), have experience of co-ordinating large cross-border transactions, and be confident in managing multiple short and long-term matters appropriately.
