Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive

Due to the continuous growth of our client’s Personal Injury department, we are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-5 years PQE, to join their Serious Injury team. Our Client is one of the few firms to offer a rare opportunity to specialise in this high profile and rewarding area of personal injury law. 

You will manage your own caseload while assisting more senior members of the team on more complex and high value cases, working as part of a team to maximise client damages and optimise costs recovery. You will also be responsible for supporting with the developing of external relationships with medical professionals and victim support groups to provide an exceptional client experience and generate new cases.

The successful candidate will have either claimant or defendant multi track serious / catastrophic injury related experience and will have some experience working on high value and complex cases involving brain injury, head injury, spinal cord injury, upper and lower limb amputations or severe orthopaedic injury related cases. 

The ideal candidate will be able to operate both independently and as part of a team. In addition you will have excellent client care and inter-personal skills, operating with integrity and showing empathy and intuition.
