The firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE to join their growing team based in Southampton, Hampshire.
Commercial Property is at the forefront of this practice. It is a key practice area for them and their reputation in the market is built from their success and reputation in this space. The department deals with a broad array of matters ranging from; landlord and tenant work, development, real estate finance, pension related property matters, acquisitions and disposals and much more
In this role you will be working very closely alongside one of the leading partners in this department allowing you to develop your skillset further. You will be dealing with a mixed commercial property caseload in this role with an emphasis on pension investment based commercial property matters.

Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor and you will be NQ-2 years PQE
