Construction Partner (and / or team) sought to join a UK headquartered law firm that is looking at further expansion of its offering in Dubai.

Our client is interested in hiring an established Construction Partner who would be able to plug into existing firm relationships, as well as developing a bringing in of new clients and work in Dubai and across the Middle East / Africa. The position will be to work closely with the existing partners in Dubai and broader international network in relation to developing the firm's construction practice in Dubai and the MENA region. Depending on the individual, there can be a focus on front, back end or mixed construction matters.

The successful candidate should be a high profile Construction Lawyer, likely a Partner, based either in the UAE with a leading international law firm, or elsewhere in the region. As a development role, there is an interest in an individual with a client base and active following that they would be able to develop and leverage further at the firm. Market leading remuneration on offer. Level of entry into the partnership will depend on the individual and business case.
