FinCorp Associate (5yrs PQE) – Cayman

Compelling opportunity for a talented and versatile associate to join one of Cayman’s leading transactional teams, handling a mix of finance, funds, corporate and regulatory work. With 5yrs experience on a UK scale, applicants will be admitted to practice in the UK (or other qualifying Commonwealth jurisdiction) and have developed their experience to date with a top tier onshore or offshore law firm.

Working alongside senior lawyers in Cayman and across international offices, you will be capable of taking immediate responsibility for multiple transactions, communicating effectively with colleagues, clients and onshore counsel within a fast paced, dynamic environment.  Comfortable working autonomously when required, you will be a team player with a strong work ethic, actively looking to develop as a lawyer and strategic advisor.
