Our client is a leading global light in the digital entertainment space. It develops, publishes and distributes highly engaging games to a worldwide audience. It has a well-recognised portfolio and continues to acquire strategic businesses, enhancing its position on the world stage. We are looking for a new Legal Counsel with corporate and M&A to join the collegiate legal team, based in Central London.

Reporting to the Senior Counsel for Commercial & Corporate, you will be responsible for a broad corporate remit as a trusted advisor to the business on matters of key strategic and financial importance. As well as doing deals and other transactional work in multiple jurisdictions and dealing with external counsel, you will work on a wide range of diverse and interesting commercial contracts and other more generalist issues, when time permits.

We are looking for corporate/M&A lawyers, who are still junior enough to be close to the process of M&A but want to work closer to the business and in a more commercially focussed way in-house and to expand their experience in commercial contracts work.
