Residential Property Lawyer - West Bromwich
We are working with a great firm who are based in West Bromwich. If you are a residential conveyancer and are looking for a new role with a reputable firm, look no further!
This local firm is looking to grow their residential property team with a residential conveyancer to join their busy property team. Ideally, you will be a qualified legal executive, licensed conveyancer or be 'qualified by many years' experience'. You will also be interested in business development and have excellent client care skills.
You will be managing your own busy residential property caseload to include sales/purchases of freehold/leasehold land, along with newbuild, transfers of equity and some agricultural. You must be confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision.
