An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Marketing lawyer with experience in the media industry to join a Global Media Organisation on a 6 month FTC.

This is a brand new opportunity in which you will play a central role in developing and delivering advice to the Consumer and Revenue teams and support the respective leaders across their global markets ensuring they can grow and maximise their resources whilst remaining legally compliant.

You will be part of a flexible and globally integrated team which combines skills across all legal disciplines particularly; IP and Content Integrity, Revenue and Consumer, Data and Corporate & Technology.

As Senior Counsel, you will support your teams in providing excellent and informed advice on the evolving digital marketing law framework as well as helping to design and develop solutions for emerging commercial trends in the market. You will also support the revenue team in negotiation of new deals and prepare appropriate documentation.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have 5 years + PQE either in private practice or in-house within a media environment with specialism in sales and marketing law.

This role will suit a self-starter looking for an exciting opportunity to shape and support an evolving legal function within a flexible environment.
