The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Partner with 7+ years PQE to join its bustling office in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The firm offer services ranging from individual advice, to services to businesses giving them a comprehensive outlook on the legal market.

The Role

As a result of Succession Planning, this L500 ranked firm are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Partner to join their growing practice.

In this position you will be working alongside many of the partners, including L500 ranked individuals, manging your own caseload of the following:

  • Acquisitions & Disposals
  • Landlord and tenant work
  • Development
  • Real estate finance

In this role you will working within a team of 5+ fee-earners who are both technically strong but similarly approachable individuals.


Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 7+ years PQE, however, there is no upper limit concerning the amount of PQE and I would encourage applicants of higher levels of experience to apply
  • Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is advantageous
  • You will have experience of working a mixed and busy property caseload.
