Our client is a recently established firm which has made substantial progress in a very short space of time. Originally founded around the core of a high-quality contentious practice handling complex and high value international commercial litigation and arbitration, it has now established a corporate and commercial practice and is looking to grow further.

The firm has the ambition to become full service in London and to grow beyond London and the UK. It is already punching above its weight both in terms of instructions and its financial performance and has international reach. The current team is relaxed and informal, yet ambitious and determined to grow the firm and for further success.

The current make-up of the firm and the workload make the appointment of another corporate partner a logical step. The corporate and commercial team is already generating opportunities and there is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious and able corporate partner or partner designate to join the firm at a relatively early stage of its development in London. It will be important for you to have strong client relationships and a following of your own and given the nature of the opportunity, a team move would be of potential interest.
