Litigation Solicitor (4-8 Years PQE)

I am looking to speak to experienced Litigation Solicitors (4 - 8 years PQE) with property and professional liability experience. This is a great opportunity to join an established and experienced team and assist with high value property disputes. You will handle a mixed caseload of casualty and recovery property cases and professional liability cases. You will also handle your own caseload and manage the day to day aspects of cases within the Court of Session and Sheriff Court. Advocacy and Dispute Resolution experience would be an advantage.
