Our client are keen to recruit Banking/Lending Lawyers to assist with a project in relation to amending loan documentation ahead of the cessation of LIBOR in 2021.

You will be working as part of the in-house team of international bank in a varied role, which will include:

  • Working on lending and security templates (including development of new lending projects)
  • Providing legal support to internal bank projects (including supporting business transformation)
  • Providing some transactional lending support across Business Banking and Large Corporate segments

Applications are sought from immediately available Banking/Lending Solicitors (ideally with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE). You will have an understanding of the legal matters surrounding lending to mid-size corporate and business customers and will feel comfortable with bank standard template lending. This is due to be an ongoing project and you will have the opportunity to work on some matters with a high degree of autonomy.

For further details about this role please apply below for immediate consideration or contact Ria Karnik at RedLaw Recruitment.
