Our client, a US heavyweight, with a large, Anglicised City office, is actively seeking 2 corporate associates. The team handle the full range of private and public m&a and private equity. They are interested in candidates of high quality, the mix of corporate and/or private equity is not the primary driver for the team.
The group is 11 partners and 22 associates strong so well geared to be assured appropriate level work and partner contact is ensured.
This is a great opportunity for corporate or private equity lawyers looking to undertake a broad range of both and then specialise as they become more senior and find their niche.
Work hours are akin to SC/MC, however the remuneration is considerably higher. The team is expanding and this is a very exciting time to join. Salary range £120k to £150k depending on pqe level.
