White Collar Crime, Civil Fraud, Investigations Assistant Solicitors

Our client is a large international law firm with award winning disputes practice in which sits their rated corporate investigations group. The firm is actively recruiting additional associates due to a significant caseload and pipeline of work. Their disputes lawyers have appeared in the courts of every major jurisdiction and in some cases more than any other firm.

The corporate investigations team in London has a balanced ratio of around 3:1 associates per partner and the fee earners handle a broad mix of work including corporate disputes, bankruptcy, white collar crime, regulatory investigations, asset-tracing and civil and criminal fraud.

Candidates will be at assistant solicitor level with up to around 4 years pqe’. Experience should include commercial litigation, fraud and/or financial services disputes. Experience of spin-off work from insolvency/restructuring and shareholder disputes would be welcome. 

You will be encouraged to take on as much responsibility as you can with close interaction with clients and will be given the opportunity to display your forensic mindset and add value through your input into the strategic direction of some of the more complex cases. The firm has adopted am agile working approach which means that their lawyers will have the flexibility to work in an agile way either regularly or ad-hoc.
