Currently, we're hiring a Corporate Lawyer (Renewables) to join us with:

• 7+ PQE.
• Corporate/Commercial lawyer with familiarity and experience of renewables/energy.
• Familiarity with project contracts (EPC contracts), ideally with M&A and financing experience/background.
• Strategy, project management, and risk management skills are required.

The responsibilities for this role will include:

• Customary renewables contracts (construction contracts, operation & maintenance agreements, EPC and project contracts etc.) and dealing with landowner issues etc.
• M&A, fund raisings and providing early-stage support (i.e. assessing bids, overseeing RFPs, allocating work to external lawyers where necessary).
• Any other ad hoc issue, as well as managing legal budgets.
