The role

The firm is seeking to hire an ambitious Commercial Property Partner to join their newly refurbished office based in their West End office.

The Commercial Property department deals with an excellent quality of work across a broad client base, ranging from SME, OMB right up to well-known household names with an impressive roster of national companies. You will find that there is a varied caseload, which will make for a much more interesting role. The caseload will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Commercial leases, Landlord and tenant, Development and Portfolio management.

You will take over an existing caseload and will be awarded lots of autonomy to make the role your own whilst working with other Partners to lead the team.

This role comes with excellent prospects for career growth and progression. For the right candidate equity is on the cards.

Requirements

  • You will a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least six years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • The ability to deliver first-class client care is essential
  • On offer is a springboard for progression.

  • Salary is negotiable and dependent on your level of experience
