The Commercial team have already seen tremendous growth over the last couple of years. With the firm being a reputable go to technology firm you will work with a vast array of clients and client sectors. They are looking to strengthen their Commercial offering in their Legal 500 ranked department.

You will work on a vast arrange of matters within Media, Gaming, Fashion and Technology with household names and start-ups!

The Role

This Top 50 firm are looking for a Commercial Associate to join them in their Reading office.

The Commercial department deal with all types of commercial agreements assisting a range of organisations, including manufacturers. Retailers, services businesses and public sector institution.

As a growing firm they have predominately focused on technology as a strong market for the last couple of years. The team are growing significantly with many individuals who have come onboard joining from Legal 500 practices.

The department are further looking to strengthen their already strong Commercial IP/IT offering with a key hire within the department. You will be exposed to Media, Gaming, Fashion and technology clients ranging from household names to start ups.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Solicitor with at least 2-5 PQE (There is no upper limit of PQE for this position)
  • Worked on both domestic and international matters.
  • Strong exposure to IP/IT/Technology matters
  • You will have a good technical knowledge.
  • Salary is well above market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an industry leading benefits package.
