An anglicised US firm with a respected Corporate presence in London are looking to hire an associate to join their expanding Corporate team in the City. The firm can offer a particularly attractive remuneration package, high-end International work and a more agreeable work/life balance than most US firms.

This eight Partner team advise on a full range of complex cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures agreements and Private Equity work. The new joiner will be expected to advise mostly on M&A transactions but will also be given the chance to be exposed to more PE work if desired. The team work across a full range of sectors and have represented leading Corporates who operate in the financial services, pharmaceutical, media and retail fields.

The firm are looking to hire an associate with a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience at a leading City, International or US firm. A strong academic record is required to be considered.
