ECM/DCM Associate (0-4 PQE) – Elite US firm in London – Maximise your Earnings

We have been instructed on a new role at a prestigious US firm in London that has a stellar reputation for capital markets work in the UK and US market.

The firm has been established in London for many years and has a full service offering, although capital markets remains one of the true jewels in its crown, as it able to compete with the Magic Circle for instructions on both the equity and debt side.

In addition to its UK capital markets expertise, the team in London is able to advise on US securities matters, complementing its position at the forefront of the NY market.

The partners in London are looking to recruit a junior English qualified associate from within the City, and are open to considering candidates with a mixture of both equity and debt capital markets experience, or a specific focus on either area.

Candidates should be around 0-4 PQE, and to have the right type of experience they will need to be coming from a Magic Circle, Silver Circle or top-tier US practice.

As well as offering a broad range of the best work on the market, the firm remunerates its London associates at full New York rates.
